Nicole Lima is an experienced molecular biologist with over 10 years working in the molecular diagnostics field, with interest also in the areas of clinical microbiology. She is currently a Research Manager at SpeeDx Pty Ltd, a molecular diagnostic company with specific focus on development of innovative diagnostic technologies and commercialization of infectious disease and antibiotic resistant tests. Nicole is co-inventor of InSignia technology, a molecular tool used for differentiation of pathogen viability and molecular-phenotypic antibiotic susceptibility analysis. She is focused on further developing the technology and bringing it to market.
