- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
Greg Moseley is head of the Viral Pathogenesis Laboratory at the University of Melbourne. After graduating with BSc(Hons) from the University of York, UK, he undertook research toward a PhD at The University of Sheffield in the UK and the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute on the roles of tetraspanin proteins in immunology and infection. He was subsequently awarded a fellowship from the Royal Society to undertake postdoctoral research in immunology at the Austin Research Institute (Melbourne). He later moved to Monash University to pursue research into the mechanisms of subcellular protein trafficking, establishing an independent laboratory focused on the investigation of the molecular mechanisms of viral immune evasion and pathogenicity. In 2013, he was awarded the Grimwade Fellowship and relocated his laboratory to the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the Bio21 Institute.
